1. What you are buying

A Funnel Mage report is an automated check of the web pages you point it at. You choose the checks (single checks or a bundle), pay a fixed fee, and receive a written report as a web page with a PDF copy. The report contains findings we could prove and stand behind, ranked by how much they matter against how hard they are to fix, plus anything we could not prove raised as an open question for you to check.

The report is a starting point to test against your own numbers. Findings are things we could prove about your pages on the day we ran the checks. They are not predictions, and they are not a guarantee of business results.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payment is taken by card through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your report starts automatically the moment Stripe confirms payment.

3. The guarantees: verified or refunded, and 14 days money back

Every finding has to pass the same checks before it reaches you: we read your live pages, check each finding twice and independently, drop anything we could not prove, and read the finished report through one more time from scratch. If we cannot prove enough to stand behind a report, we do not send one. A person then reviews the run and makes it right: we either fix the problem and deliver a report we can stand behind, or refund your payment in full. You will hear from us within 2 working days of the run failing.

Refunds are issued to the card you paid with and typically arrive within 5 to 10 working daysof being issued, which is Stripe's standard window. If a refund has not appeared by then, contact us and we will chase it.

The guarantee covers proof, not outcomes: a report we send means every finding in it is something we could prove on your pages. It does not mean acting on the report will produce any particular business result.

On top of that, you have a 14 day money back guarantee. If your report fell short, tell us what went wrong within 14 days of delivery via the contact page. We will offer to put it right first, because most misses can be fixed quickly and a fixed report is usually worth more to you than the money. If you would still rather have your money back, we refund your payment in full, to the card you paid with. We reply within 2 working days, and once a refund is issued it reaches your card within 5 to 10 working days. This guarantee applies to every purchase made on or after 5 August 2026.

4. Delivery

Reports are typically ready within the hour, usually much faster. You can watch us work step by step at your report link. The report link is unguessable but not password protected: treat it like a private document link and share it deliberately.

5. Your side of the deal

You confirm the site you submit is yours to check: you own it or have the authority to have it checked. We read publicly reachable pages only; we do not log in, place orders, or get around anything. Competitor pages, where that check is selected, are read the same way: public pages only.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any run is capped at the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you take based on the report; it is professional input to your judgement, not a substitute for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. The boring but necessary

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change the terms, the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. Questions about any of this: see the contact page.
