Funnel Mage is built and run by Lazige (Ian Hitge and Nicola Lazzari). The product is automated; the people behind it are not. Write to us for a money back request within 14 days of delivery, a refund that has not landed, a deletion request, a question about a finding in your report, or anything the report raised that you want to go deeper on.

We aim to reply within 2 working days. For refunds: if a run failed, a person is already reviewing it and you will hear from us; if your delivered report fell short, tell us what went wrong within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right or refund you in full (see the terms). Issued refunds reach your card within 5 to 10 working days; write again if one has not arrived by then.
