What we hold, and why

Privacy

Operated by Lazige (Ian Hitge and Nicola Lazzari). Last updated 5 August 2026.

What we collect, and where it goes

  • What you type at the start: your company or product name, the page address you want checked, and what is going wrong in your words. These exist to run your report and appear in it.
  • Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the email address you gave Stripe, which we use to send your report link. We never see or store card details.
  • What we read:publicly reachable pages of the site you submit (and, if selected, competitors' public pages), plus Google speed data for your pages. What we pull out is stored as the proof behind your report's findings.
  • Where it lives:your report data, the proof behind it and the reports themselves are stored with Supabase. What we pull from your pages is processed by Google's Gemini AI to produce the report. Neither is given your payment details.
  • Analytics (optional): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records page views and key actions (for example starting checkout) so we can improve the site. It loads only after you consent; you can change that any time via the cookie control.

What we do not do

  • No advertising or remarketing trackers on this site.
  • No analytics cookies until you accept them.
  • No selling or sharing of your data with anyone not named above.
  • No marketing email without your say-so. The only automatic email is your report link.
  • No logins to your systems: we read public pages only.

Your report link

Reports are served at unguessable addresses rather than behind a login. Nobody can find your report without the link, but anyone you give the link to can open it. Treat it like a private document link.

Deletion and your rights

Ask and we will delete your runs, reports and evidence. Under UK GDPR you can also request a copy of what we hold about you, correction, or restriction of processing; if you are unhappy with how we handle any of it you can complain to the ICO. Reach us via the contact page.
